Returns & Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send back unused items with original tags within 30 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the returned item(s). In the interest of hygiene and safety, masks are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, and this will be clearly marked on our website. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We ask that all items are returned in their original selling condition (with original packaging, tags and/or labels). Please note that all items will be inspected when they reach our warehouse and will be sent back if they are found to be in an unsuitable condition.
You will receive emails throughout the return process. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days.
Return shipping charges
Not So Ape only covers return shipping charges for items that are defective, items that look different to the image on the website, for incorrectly delivered items, or items not delivered in original packaging.
